Producer-owned distillery in the heart of the Baviaanskloof
We provide management support to the Baviaanskloof Essential Oils, a producer-owned essential oils company set up to diversify income streams in the area. Despite significant challenges, we are committed to supporting the venture beyond the original set-up.
Research & Development (R&D)
R&D of essential oils from four indigenous plants: Golden Sage (Salvia africana), Confetti Bush (Coleonema album), Wild Rosemary (Eriocephalus africanus), and Kapokbos (Eriocephalus punctulatus) is currently underway.
Oil production
The steam distillation facility in the Baviaanskloof is a local hub, and is used to process locally-grown plant material for sale to local and international markets.
